I’m Areg Galoyan a musician and a media professional working across music, media, and entertainment.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Music Composition from the Yerevan State Komitas Conservatory and currently pursuing a Master’s in Music Production at the Hochschule für Musik und Tanz Köln, I have developed a multidisciplinary background spanning music production, media production, storytelling, and digital communication. Having started working in media at a young age, I have built my experience around versatility, curiosity, and a hands-on understanding of how creative ideas are developed, produced, and brought to audiences.
My work in music spans songwriting, composition, arranging, recording, editing, mixing, orchestral production, and film scoring, with credits including Ikkimel, Zartmann, and the WDR Funkhausorchester. My classical compositions have also received recognition at international competitions.
Alongside music, I have worked across television, digital media, scriptwriting, production, presenting, moderation, and social media marketing, including projects with Public TV of Armenia and EVN Report. This has given me first-hand insight into both the creative and strategic sides of media—from developing and producing content to positioning it, reaching audiences, and building engagement.
I’m driven by the belief that the strongest creative work happens at the intersection of different disciplines, ideas, and perspectives—and I’m always looking for new ways to turn ideas into experiences that connect with people.
